Made with love by fellow pracitioners
Natural Health Resources has been created by allied health practitioners who endeavour to offer informative and visually appealing handouts to support their clients.
This is a continually evolving collection of handouts and resources designed to support health practitioners in implementing their treatment plans. Don’t spend your precious time labouring over the computer to create handouts. Simply explore the range of printable on Natural Health Resources, download and email to your client.
The handouts on Natural Health Resources are for clinical use only to support your protocols. They are not to be used as free lead magnets or promotional material. The educational handouts are available for you to download at an affordable price. Once purchased, you can continue to reuse them in your clinical practice. As such, we ask you to avoid sharing it to your network or fellow practitioners so we can keep expanding the collection.
These beautifully designed templates are made with love to help you motivate your clients to achieve their health goals.

SARAH APPLEFORD
Founder
Sarah Appleford is a registered Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health. With a type-a personality, it's no surprise Sarah began her studies as a pregnant, full-time studio and marketing manager of a landscape design firm and owner of a boutique hot chocolate brand!
Midway through her nutrition studies, Sarah and her young family embarked on a worldwide adventure. Leaving her career in the design industry behind, Sarah immersed herself in her degree and began freelance copywriting to fund their travels. It was during this time, Sarah started Nutrition For Kids - a website designed to inspire, educate and support parents in improving their children's health.
Once back in Australia, Sarah completed the final year of her degree. It was during her clinical subjects, she discovered the power of well written and visually pleasing patient handouts and resources.
These resources helped Sarah support her treatment plans and showcase her knowledge amongst her supervisors. But more importantly, they provided valuable information for Sarah's patients to understand their health challenges and implement the dietary and lifestyle habits recommended.
After graduating, Sarah began practising nutrition online and within an allied health practice. With a love of research, writing and education, Sarah continued to write for her websites as well as commissioned copywriting projects within the health, fitness and design industry. And of course, she continued to develop patient resources and marketing material for her practice and others.
In 2020, Sarah decided to combine her skills and passion in health, design and writing, and founded Natural Health Resources. It is here Sarah supports emerging and established practitioners do what they do best - optimise the health and wellbeing of their patients. Today, this is a big focus in Sarah's career as she continues to practice and educate her patients and the broader community.
